Using WATTDRIVE
By creating an account or using a WATTDRIVE charging station you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account details. Keep your sign-in credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Charging sessions
Charging speed depends on your vehicle, the connector and grid conditions, and is not guaranteed. Follow the safety instructions on the station and the guidance in your vehicle manual. Do not damage, modify or misuse charging equipment.
Pricing and payment
Tariffs are shown in the app before a session starts and may vary by location and time band. Sessions are billed on energy delivered plus applicable taxes. Wallet top-ups and payments are processed by our payment partners. A GST invoice is issued for each completed session.
Refunds
If a session fails or you are charged incorrectly, contact support within 7 days. Valid claims are refunded to the original payment method or to your wallet.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep stations and the app available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, WATTDRIVE is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updated version. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions: support@wattdrive.co.in.
